With a passion for helping businesses thrive and reach their full potential, she embarked on a remarkable journey that began as at another coaching insititution and this is what led her to establish her own coaching practice, Performance Business Coaching.
Taking a Break from Coaching:
Deborah Coskey took a strategic break from her coaching career to join an ICT company as the General Manager. Deborah was instrumental in building the company, driving sales, and developing robust systems. Her responsibilities included hiring team members, crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy, and shaping the overall company strategy. Under her leadership, the staff complement grew from 20 to 50 employees, and sales saw an impressive increase of 900%. Furthermore, the company expanded its presence with two main head offices located in Durban and Johannesburg.
Establishing Performance Business Coaching:
Building upon her success as a Business Coach and experience as being a General Manager at a fast-growing organisation, Deborah decided to take her coaching career to the next level by establishing her own coaching practice, Performance Business Coaching. With a vision To provide unique tailored coaching services to her clients and helping them change their lives for the better, she founded Performance Business Coaching as a platform to offer comprehensive and highly effective coaching programs.
